A qualified drying specialist visits your property with professional equipment to measure moisture levels in walls, floors, and ceilings. They identify the source and extent of water damage, then provide a written report with clear recommendations on what drying work is needed.
-
The survey visit is £150 + VAT (£180 total). This covers the specialist visit, professional moisture readings, and a written report. There are no hidden fees. If drying work is recommended, this will be quoted separately after the survey. There is no obligation to proceed.
-
A local drying specialist will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a convenient time for the survey visit. They'll attend your property, take readings, and provide your report.
-
In most cases, the survey is arranged within a few days of payment. For urgent situations, let us know in the form and we'll do our best to prioritise.

We work with qualified drying contractors across the UK. If we're unable to cover your area, we'll let you know and issue a full refund.

Most insurance companies approve drying work when supported by a professional moisture report. Let us know on the form if you're making an insurance claim and the specialist will ensure the report is formatted accordingly.

No. The survey fee covers the visit and report only. If drying is needed, the specialist will provide a separate quote for the work. You're under no obligation to proceed, and you're free to get other quotes.
-
If you cancel before the contractor has contacted you to arrange the visit, you'll receive a full refund. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice of an arranged appointment, an admin fee of £50 + VAT is retained.
